How many complete sets?

Speaking of Lincoln Cent Basic Ciculation strike 1909-1958 only, how many COMPLETE sets of certified PCGS wheats only would you guess are out there in private hands? For example, of the 140 coins in the set, I have 110 different dates in PCGS holders. The lowest grade are a few PCGS 63 RED....the highest are 67 reds. I usually pay between $300 and $1,200 for a coin. I hope to purchase the remaining 30 coins in the next three years. Of course, as the game gets more serious, I realize that I'll be dropping below my 63 RED low point for those rarer dates.
It's public knowledge what sets are in the registry but I'd bet that many more COMPLETE sets exists.
So, how many collectors have all 140 dates in this series....all PCGS graded?
I'm sure that their's got to be many complete sets out there who's average grade may be XF-63 RED....or average worth may be $200 each....but that doesn't matter in this poll...their set is complete.
I'll take the first guess and say that their's.......300-400 people who own every coin (PCGS CERT) in the whole series.
Care to take a guess?
