Nice raw card...it does have the gray print mark in the left border and the top right corner "might" be touched....but is that just the scan??
All depends on what you'd be happy getting for a grade.....
As for the other 3....ALL should get the OC qualifiers...as they are off both TB and LR....

John, what would you call that "top/bottom" of the Robinson? At first glance John, it looked OC top to bottom. Did I make a "rash call" and it is 70/30 or better? (i.e., John, remember your question was not about weither the cards were nice (Frank in paticular!), but "would PSA make them a PSA OC qualifier"?)
Quote from Collector's Universe/PSA Submissions:
"PSA Mint 9 is a superb condition card that exhibits only one of the following minor flaws: a very slight wax stain on reverse, a minor printing imperfection or slightly off-white borders. Centering must be approximately 60/40 to 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse.
PSA NM-MT 8 is a super high-end card that appears Mint 9 at first glance, but upon closer inspection, the card can exhibit the following: a very slight wax stain on reverse, slightest fraying at one or two corners, a minor printing imperfection, and/or slightly off-white borders. Centering must be approximately 65/35 to 70/30 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse."

when it is in a PSA (OC) holder. Such cards have virtually "full eye-appeal,"
but they still get discounted to a ridiculously low price.
As time passes - maybe not too much time - the rarity of some of these
cards is going to make the top-to-bottom "OC problem" irrelevant.
(IMO, there are great bargains to be had in vintage football cards that
have this "defect.")
Top-to-bottom OC is just not that offensive to look at in most instances;
especially with the portrait shots vs. the horizontal shots.
I would not buy the other cards in the scans because the OC is
too distracting. (Side-to-side (L/R) OC is not offensive to me in a card
that has a full-bleed on one edge. 1963 TOPPS Colt 45s Team
card is an easy example of this, and there are countless others.)
I would CERTAINLY submit the Frank. It is a very pretty card and
will look nice notwithstanding the OC qualifier.

bottom border is 2.5 MM
not sure what that translates to % wise? Anyone?
Either way, I think the Frank is a $25 well spent. I'll pay that for NM '61 topps HOFers like Frank all day long.

it is no worse than (about) 70.58/29.42 .....
I got that with 6 / 8.5 and 2.5 / 8.5 .....
(There is probably a better "formula" to
use, but I am only semi math-literate.)
I would say it has a chance to slide by, if it
otherwise looks as nice as the scan seems
to indicate. Sadly, they may NOW be "on the
lookout" for it.

Chance: TB:70/30 LR:56/44
Robinson: TB:71/29 (70.3/28.7) LR:52/48
Hall: TB:61/39 LR:71/29
Hope that helps.
