How to cite the Act Establishing the Mint 
I'm doing a research paper in my English class, and I decided to do mine on the First U.S. Mint, and since I'm going to use the act as part of my paper, I can cite it as a source, but me and my teacher had to sit down with the MLA Handbook to try and figure out how to cite it. Though we kinda had to guess a little bit, since this was an act from 1792 and the MLA book shows you how to cite a more modern statute... So... just kinda guessed
