Coin BST question?

I am asking it here, because wayward posters on the BST, have been know to be beheaded.

I understand that one is permitted to either post, or bump their post, once per day. Say that another member (legitimately) posts a good question, in response to your item listed.

1. Do you PM an answer to him?
2. Wait 24 hours to post an answer, so that your listing will not pop back to the top?
3. Just post the answer at any time and duck?

Personally, I do not have any problem with someone answering a question as soon as one is posted because the Q&A might be beneficial to other potential buyers.

    Example,

Q: Mark, what is the gunk on top of Liberty's profile on that Morgan?

    Mark: Leftover pizza.

    or

Q: Do you really think that POS is worth $xxxx?

Mark: There's a sucker born every minute.

I see nothing wrong with immediately posting an answer to a question that could be informative to others who read the thread.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

If the question is posted its ok to post the answer. image If its about haggling or pricing that is better handled by PM.
