Found this at a local show, this morning. There is also something which looks like a "signature," H. GUEE EECIT. However, I do not think it is.

He was a German (yes German) mintmaster in Russia who worked upon several Russian commemorative coins and his works are somewhat "mysterious".

He also designed the 1835 family ruble which I am unable to prove a picture of, that coin is at least a 4-5 figure sum!!!
An interesting piece... I would like to see a larger picture though...
