Bid cancellation via eBay Administration?? What?

Anyone ever have a bidders bid cancelled on eBay via "Administrative Cancellation." The bidder was just NARU'd for some reason a few minutes ago? Link??

Anyone have any ideas on this one? Maybe a possible scam?

Many times. It's automatic when a bidder is NARU'd. Since this is a new handle, might be a re-registration of a formerly NARU'd user.
