PCGS price guide; lots of red and green.

I see a lot of red and green in PCGS’s price guide and I have some questions.

1) Is this new?
2) Are there that many changes during the day?
3) Where does PCGS get its latest sales figures?
4) Do you think that on-line price guides will one day replace old stand bys like Red Book? (Assuming, of course, that Whitman and Yeoman don’t create an online price guide.)

TTT because I just noticed the red and green price adjustments. It would be great if we saw more of these, indicating that PCGS was in fact trying to make their price guide accurate.
