Right now I'm sending back a 1978 Topps Steve Largent that was mislabelled 1977 Topps Steve Zabel. Same card #, different year. I wouldn't be so upset if it didn't say STEVE LARGENT along the top of the card in 1/4" high lettering.
True. Some of the blame has to go to Superior Sports on the Cobb mix-up.
Ya know, I consider myself a PSA loyalist and realize there is going to be some degree of inconsistency when it comes to the grading. But the labels better be perfect, especially on a high profile set like the T206 or when the information is right there on the freakin' card (e.g. the aforementioned Largent). This is just slipshod work. I feel so good that I just renewed my membership this week.
