There was a thread here about PCGS getting nailed for $10.5 on a suit. They did get nailed. But it was for $14,050, not umpteen gazillion.

Whew! I was worried there for a while, with the potential for collateral suits. But now it's clearly all chicken feed ... and if you don't mind an extra cliche or two, the proverbial tempest in a teapot. So, I guess PCGS will be around for a while, after all.

They were having quite a party over this "huge verdict" against PCGS at Sleepy Hollow. So sorry I had to put a damper on it.

Yes I already read this. A judge told the plaintiff's lawyers to change the headline about winning the millions. However, it's only $14,500 as it stands now. From what I read a court will now award further damges according to CA law. Can someone elaborate please.
