    Gene - C3 yes. It's about 90% red on both sides with a few small hits on both sides. Definitely ICCS red, but my guess Brian would say 64 red, particularly if I gave it to him in the PCGS holder. - Rob

    PCGS requires about 95% red to give the designation, both ICCS and NGC would prolly call the first one red.
