Just some recent pocket finds.(pictures)

The 1994 twenty pence was found in a "take a penny leave a penny dish", I left a two nickels.

The 1993 Canadian nickel and 2005 Swedish 50 Ore was in change by a book store cashier.

The 1 cent Italian euro was given by a local store as a penny.

Basically last week I actually had some cash to spend and was lucky enough to find these few pieces. None are worth much.

I assumed someone tried to pay with what they thought was a nickel, the coin is nickel size, and that store has a strict no foriegn coin policy.
I would've left two dimes but I didn't have any on me.

A few hundred more of those kinds of transactions, and you'll make enough on currency arbitrage to buy yourself a nice coin

Funniest place to find foreign coins? Toll booth reject slot! I find Euro coins, Cayman Islands (!) Canadian and British coins there regularly in Indiana and Illinois.
