This coin is a legit, conservatively graded VF coin but after looking at some of the junk on ebay some of those idiots would call it CH AU (which it is not). What a bunch of idiots some sellers are!

I hate to break it to you Mike, but that coin IS AU at the very worst.

Go buy a "Photograde" or "ANA Grading Standards" book and see for yourself.

Well Ron, according to some of the pm's I have received and your reply it is certainly possible that I have under-graded the coin. I am primarily a currency collector and do not claim to be an expert coin grader. This coin was in a collection that I bought from the estate of a friend's uncle last week. (Another good ebay line, however this time it is true.)

I can see it at XF but I think AU is stretching it a little. However, I am old and grade along old school standards. I will say this, the pics in the auction do accurately portray the coin.
