1884-O OBV/REV crescent toned Morgan. NCS slabbed MS coin. Binion hoard. $85.00
1876 Centennial medal in bronze. Looks like old cleaning retoned nicely. I'm not much at medals, but I'd say this is AU. $90.00
Sterling silver dish with an 1891-O Morgan pressed in as the base. Dish measures about 3" across and 1" deep. $65.00

Thanks for your query. FYI, there are many who collect the worst of the worst when it comes to Classic Commems. You see, these were not meant to circulate so it is very difficult to find these so heavily circulated. There are even registry sets here on CU dedicated to the lowest grade Classic Commem available.
Then there's the history. What set of circumstances came about to force someone to spend his/her keepsake? The Great Depression? Sickness?
Think also of how difficult it is to get something so worn as to remain so problem free that it still makes it into a holder. Anyone can find the best. The best is everywhere we look. There is no challenge (for the most part) to collecting MS coins. But there certainly is a challenge when it comes to highly circulated Classic Commems.
