Express Service dalays ??

Hi All
I submitted two early dollars, for Express Service, which according to the USPS, PCGS received on 11/01 AM & apparently due to some problems with a "new system", as of this afternoon, we still do not have the grades yet.
This is our first recent submission & we have a limited amount of time to return these coins if they do not grade correctly.
Today is seven working days & I wonder if this service level usually take this long ?

They usually don't count the first day that the coin is received and everything is based on business days, so I'm told. It may take another day before you are entitled to a comp.

You can drop off coins at PCGS offices. Call their customer service line for information.
Authorized dealer for PCGS, PCGS Currency, NGC, NCS, PMG, CAC. Member of the PNG, ANA. Member dealer of CoinPlex and CCE/FACTS as "CH5"
BTW, I've called Customer service and for the last 2+ weeks, I've been told my coins were in sitting in Final Verification 2....which means they're almost done. Still got my fingers crossed......but I don't understand what the hold up is.
If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!
