Can I get some help with this Flying Eagle variety?

I don't have any reference material for Flying Eagles, and I was wondering what variety it was.

Looks like Machine Doubling, but I might be wrong....

Thanks. I found it, and thought it to be odd since the "doubling" is only on the date.
