I need to pick up a couple of referance books concerning paper currency for Christmas.
1. Currently she has Krause's Standard Catalog of Paper Money for Modern Issues 1961-Date. I'm looking for this same book that covers all dates prior to 1961.
2. She has just started getting into older U.S. notes. Nationals, Silver Certificates, and Gold seal notes etc.. We are both new to this area, and are looking for a great book to get her going. Any reccomendations on a good book, that would act as a basic price guide and shows plenty of pictures is something I think would help her out a lot.
If anyone has any reccommendations where to obtain these books, or have them for sale I would appreciate it.
