It's an AU-something but I am concerned about what appear to be patches of parallel scratches on and around the eagle's head and also what looks like a smoothed area beneath the talons.
Wear pattern.... AU50-53 General appearance.... Hard to tell if the large pic takes away from the coin or not, but I'll take the unpopular view of a *Net* coin for some kind of damage whether it be environmental or cleaning. Liberty is scuffy and washed out looking with almost a corrosion effect.
Maybe if you don't go for such details you can get better representative pics. Here's a '44 I picked up this weekend that is in an ANACS 53 holder if it will help with some kind of comparison on wear. I personally think this coin is 53-55, but I guess PCGS will make that determination.... if they don't bodybag it for cleaning.

Looking at the coin in hand with a glass, are the lines in the toning just above DOL raised?
I liked the the coin better after reducing the size of the pic a bit.
