My guess is that they thought the offer was $16,500. Another possibility, they hit the accept offer in error, instead of decline. I have almost done that myself.
I've seen that coin listed several times. As PCGS says, it is a real clip. I would have given them at least $200 for it.
If they really did sell it, it wasn't for $165. Looks like either a mistake or a pretty transparent attempt at fee avoidance.

Heck, I would have given more than THAT. One has to wonder how many people they just plain scare away with the absurd BIN prices.
