What do you think of my new 1921-D? (dime)

Here is the coin I picked up at Heritage. What do you think. I hope the coin looks better in person, as we all know about their photos.

Edited to replace the photo with mine. The coin has much flash and is much lighter than I can capture in the image.

Heritage Pictures stink. I think you will like the coin and I think it will look much better than that picture.

Wanna see the crummy 18S picture I just won ? I'll go get the the thing.

and here is the great photo.

It's probably appropriately graded...hard to tell surface conditions from their new types of photos. Certainly it's hard to see the bands...let us know an honest assessment when you receive it.

That 18-S Looks good in that photo. It should be great when in hand.

Thanks, Marc, only time will tell. I still don't have it in hand.

Al, Thanks for your input. Now I need to wait to see how bad it really is.

The 1921 or 1921-D dime is the rarest dated year in the 20th century when all mints are combined!

    A great date!

Hope you like the coin when you receive it. Hard to tell from the pics.
