BU state quarter rolls

I have the following rolls of state quarters in plastic tubes for $10.50 + shipping/insurance.
I would rather send them to a collector the to my bank. The 50 cents is just to cover PayPal fees.
The only catch is you pay the actual shipping after I send them. I really do not want to make anything on this. I have not looked thru these rolls so they are as is but I am sure they are a bargain. The couple rolls I did look thru were BU.
PayPal only if possible.
I have 5 each of the P and D mints.
