Gotta love the fact this guy has NEVER sold anything on eBay. So, all of a sudden, let's sell a Payton rookie!

Here is another one, might cost you a little more. Actually I was just checking to see if there was another auction were his scan might have been stolen:

    76 Payton

    Who is Rober Maris?

All his purchases look like auctions to pad the feedback rating. With the exception of two auctions on cards they were all under $5.00 (most were under $1.00) and two were on electronics equipment. I'm collecting this set and I personally don't like this auction.

  • Not to mention his Jordan rookie auction with some questionable bidding...

This probably doesn't mean much and it's probably just the scan, but I REALLY don't like the look of that Jordan...I've gotten very good at spotting fakes and this one has the banner in what appears to be the same color as the "premium" banner. Probably just the scan as I think even BCCG probably takes steps to avoid holdering counterfeit (reprint) cards. But I would stay far away from that one. It just doesn't look right.

Even if it was real, wasn't there something stated that BCCG was usually 2 grades off of PSA, so this one would be more like a PSA 7.

Well a BCCG 9 is (Near Mint or better) so you can make the assumption is probably in the 7-8 range. That doesn't neccessarily hold true all the time...keep in mind a BCCG 10 is "Mint or Better" but even then those don't generally cross to BGS 9's, in many cases they don't even cross to BGS 8.5's. There is rarely a time you will get a "good deal" from a BCCG card, unless you can see it in person up-close...and even then, it's probably a crap shoot.
