So can I report this all the auctions he has are like this, or would it be a waste of time.

It looks like after all the reports we sent to eBay yesterday he finally got the message, all his titles are now changed.

Great I did not check today guess thats why it did not show up in my search today. just checked yup relisted guess some times it pays to drop a complant

I contacted him yesterday and received a polite and thankful reply. He indicated he did not know that was against Ebay rules and that he had seen lots of other sellers do it. I believe him on both counts.

Thanks Mark I was thinking about doing to same but never got a chance yesterday. He is right there are allot doing it.
