Question about hand cutting a card

Does anyone have the necessary equipment to cut a card from a sheet? I have two Dan Marino cards - one a 1988 Holsum and the other a box bottom from 1989 Topps. I'm willing to pay to have this done. The only way to obtain the card is from cutting from a sheet - so please don't crucify me for asking.

    If you're really only interested in that one card - you can cut a wide berth around that card with a scissors, and then use a roll-cutting device from Staples [circular blade - they cost under $20], that will give you what you need.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
