I need to start on of these WR's
Doug Gabriel vs KC
Courtney Roby vs Clev
Ernest Wilford vs Hou
I'm leaning towards Gabriel since KC has the worst pass D. Any thought or help would be great!
Thanks,
Ryan

Okay, I need help too.
It's been a struggle with my RB's with minor injuries and tough opponents the last several weeks, but I've been carried by Edgerrin. This week things look good, almost too good, and I don't know who to play.
I need to play two out of these three: Edgerrin James, Kevin Jones, Thomas Jones
Thomas Jones is still a little banged up, but the last time he was questionable he went off for 100+ yards and two touchdowns, all the while on my bench. Now he's playing against a putrid New Orleans defense.
Kevin Jones has just finished a stretch against Carolina, Tampa Bay, Baltimore, and Chicago, four pretty good run defenses, and he's managed to score a handful of times. This week, he's up against a pathetic Minnesota defense.
Both of those two come HIGHLY recommended in any fantasy outlook I can find. If you think Manning has struggled against New England, you should see Edgerrin's stats, not too hot. But there is no way I can sit James is there?
If not, that leaves me picking between the Jones', and I know I'll pick the wrong one.
Which two out of three would you play and why? Thanks for any help.
Shawn.
In terms of WR - the Chiefs stink at defending the pass, and Patrick Surtain is questionable......Collins is gonna have a friggin field-day! I'd look to start Gabriel.
good luck
nope.
The Edge and TJones ... he has been one of the most consistent backs in the NFL
Tough call. Porter has been good one week, bad the next. He had a great week last week so if his trend continues then Gabriel may benefit. I do like Wilford, the kid is 6-4 and has been a target down there. I would go with Gabriel because KC lets up 70ypg more than HOU and have allowed 4 more TDs.
Shawn,
I would pick Edge and K Jones. Like you said Kevin is v Minn's terrible D and he is starting to look more how he finished last year. I am a Bears fan and I live in Chicago and they have been talking how good Benson has been looking with all the extra reps in practice this week with TJones banged up. I think Thomas Jones won't get more than 15 carries and if he shows any signs of not feeling great I think the growing confidence in Benson will further reduce Jones carries.
Ok I need help too.
RB's Pick 3
L Johnson v OAK
K Jones V Minn
C Martin v SD
Droughns v Tenn
TE: Pick 1
H Miller v GB
Gonzo v OAK
WR: Pick 2
Coles v SD
Roby v CLE
Wilford v Hou
My team has been pathetic with Manning, Gonzo and KJ all with slow starts stats wise. Now I got Bouldin, Bennett on the shelf and Glenn on the bye. I need to run the table to make the playoffs so any help to get ther would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jordan

Thanks for your advice. I'm leaning toward Kevin because I would be livid to play Thomas and have him leave half way through the first quarter. I just have this feeling in my gut that says I'll get burned either way. It'll turn out I should have played Jones and Jones, but as you've all said, I can't sit James.
As for your team....
Obviously Jones is a good play this week as he's been coming on and now finally playing a weak defense after a string of playing the league's best. Johnson is a great play this week too, not only because Priest is iffy, but because he torched Oakland last year. He'll do it again. And I can't believe I'm saying this, but Droughns is probably a better play this week than Martin. He may not be able to stay out of the drunk tank, but Suggs and Green I don't believe are even available as they are both hurt so he's the only option. I like him better than Martin against San Diego.
If your league is anything like mine, TD's are what matters. Catches and yards count for some points, but it's all about the TD's. I would've told you because of that to play Miller, but with Roethlisberger out and Batch in, I'd stay completely away from that. Play Gonzalez. I know it sucks to have a receiver/te and running back on the same team, but KC might score twice as many points as a Steeler team led by Batch, so your options are better in that game.
Your receivers should be Coles (hey, he was on the must start list on yahoo this week) and........well, it's a coin flip after that. Both of the other two are mediocre options at best, I'd hope to get a cheap score out of Roby but who knows.
Best of luck on running the table and making the playoffs. My league is based on points only and not head to head matchups, with cash to the weekly winner and top three (out of twelve) at the end of the year. I've had a solid QB in Hasselbeck, along with James, Chad Johnson, and the superstar Steve Smith.....and I'm still not in first place.
Most importantly, I hope all of you help me root the Colts on to a victory this week. That includes the Patriot fans out there. Come on, it's my turn to see a win, right?
Shawn
Thanks for the help! I'd go with these:
RB's Pick 3
K Jones V Minn - With Harrington back in there going to run, run, run
TE: Pick 1
Gonzo v OAK - Green is due for a big day
WR: Pick 2
Coles v SD - Is good for about 9 catches and 100 yards, but may not score.

Thanks guys for the input! I just hope LJ starts putting up, well, Preistlike numbers.
I am in 2 10 team leagues and they are both head to head. I think I like the points style and 12 man leagues better. I was in my first points league this past baseball season and I loved it. I may have to seek out some new opportunities for next year's FB season.
