Presidential Review for the Coin of the Quarter?

Hello David,
Thanks for spending time with us. Is there a Presidential Review for a Coin of the Quarter submission? Last quarter I submitted a 1928-s (micro s, I believe) Standing Liberty quarter which came back "cleaned". I looked at the coin when I got it back, set it aside, and looked at it again tonight. I still think the coin has heavy die polishing on the reverse to hide a major die clash (it has an "extra" vertical wing feather). But I don't believe it has been cleaned. Is there any recourse, other than resubmitting it? Thanks.
