HELP..2005 Donruss DK dilemma!!

ok..I opened a box of 2005 DK Update today and pulled what should have been 2 awesome cards...
1st Nolan Ryan HOF Heores..NON-CANVAS....these are out of 10....problem is...it has Carlos Delgado on the back!!!

Not bad enough..I then pulled a Johnny Bench Red Framed Autographed combo jersey/bat card #3/5.....the red frame at the top of the card is torn...

and these are right from packs!!

Is Donruss still in business as far as customer service goes? Any info on how I can contact them??
Or am I up the river without a paddle??

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

Yikes 5Stat!. That's just wrong. Don't know the answer about Donruss. Best of Luck getting some restitution.

the non-canvas are /20 actually. Good card. I just picked one of those up for about 4 bucks.
