Does this guy really have these cards? Are they real? if so why is there no action on his auctions.

The Ryan rookie looks gorgeous at first glance, but the seller is not revealing the truth about it and someone is going to be very upset when this auction ends and they get it and realize it's a PSA 1. If you look to the right of Ryan's cap, you can see the is a short line, roughly the length of a staple... what do you know... if you look closer it is from a staple that was there that obviously rusted and there are 2 holes in the card caused by the staple. I would also suspect some sort of water damage - something caused that staple to rust... it's not showing up well in his scan, but you can see signs of a water mark on the bill of Ryans hat. And, on top of that, there is also a third hold, running through the A in "STARS", which shows up at the base of the M in METS on the back. And something tells me the seller will disappear if there is a complaint about the card, which is probably going to sell for over $2K.
Edited to add pictures from auction

Dave's Vintage has alot of them as well, and most look like those listed . All of his good ones have been sold.
<< <i>you are the man...i did not even see the staple hole. if not for that it would be a great card. as always, glad i asked here before jumping in. >>
Damn Josh, you are the man. Hey, how's the Ven site going? I posted a little while back, but don't see much activity.
