What Certs Are in Question?

in PSA Set Registry Forum
I am failry new to Grading.. I hear a lot of talk people say dont buy Psa Cards with Certs begining with 00.. Why is That???

Also are there any other runs That are in question....

    There is no definitive answer. PSA does not grade their cards sequentially - although a fair number of cards graded before 2000 start with the number 0. As is always the case - buy the card and not the holder, and you will never have to worry. I've seen problematic cards in PSA holders with every conceivable starting number combination.
