What was the free submission for the third quarter?

What was the free quarterly grading for the third quarter? I thought it was something with a shield on it. If you sent somethin in, what did you send in?

    Seatled Liberty Dollars, Halves and Quarters. I sent in an 1846 that I thought had XF45-AU50 written all over it. Came back in a bag as Altered Surface. I don't see it. Oh well. This quarter it is anything from 1881 or 1961. Dates that read the same upside down.
