Kudos to GAI

GAI had a mix-up on my unopened pack order earlier this year. They compensated me as I requested, but I was certainly disappointed.
After 6 months I decided to give GAI another try and dropped off 6 vintage packs at the LI National show on Sunday, 2 days ago. I paid for 10 day turnaround. To my surprise, Mike Baker called me today with my grades and the news that my packs were on the way. I am impressed that Steve took the responsibility to personally make ammends to me. I am once again a GAI customer.
