need help: 2001 Quantum Leaf Century Season Unitas

anyone have this card? Been looking for almost 5 years now. Donruss says the card was released. Somehow I doubt it though. I havn`t seen it anywhere at all. It`s the regular insert card #CS25, NOT the autographed card that I am looking for. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    2001 quantum leaf johnny unitas auto #d 74/100 they say it is rare they want $225.00 go to ebay and type in 2001 unitas and go to the bottom of that page.You will find it there.
