From reading the auction it seems like he's taken 3 years to accumulate a lot of stuff that he'd just like to unload....for 20% above his "cost." A number of the coins in inventory are listed as sold.....does one get a reduction off the $175,000 for those? Is that a moving target too?

I'm surprised eBay allows the link he uses in that auction image

From what I can tell, its a lame sales-pitch like you typically see in the automobile section of your Sunday paper - all thats missing is the tiny American flag shoved into the rear view mirror of each coin.

The sophisticated picture of him wearing a blazer over a t-shirt with jeans always makes me snicker.

  • These seem like junk coins.

Am I missing something or is there somethiing special about an AU Kenneny with "Casper Family" on the slab?
  • Ive seen the same type of ebay ad from him for several years now. I think Advertisement is the correct way to describe what he is trying to accomplish with this auction. But as it seems with most of the posters here, Im not interested.

  • It's a marketing tool to drive traffic to his website. He's not a bad guy and he does have some nice coins.

I can't say that every single member of the PNG is absolutely fair and honest, but the vast majority of members are excellent people to do business with.
