This is not the rare 1866 Philadelphia Dime.
It's the 1866 San Francisco minted dime.
It's Ashwash 1, Greer 101 for your reference.
It has a date that tapers down, left to right. It has a die crack from Liberty's ear across her body and to the banner on the shield. This is visible in your photo. The S mintmark always comes weak on this variety.

You are right, of course. Shouldn't the 66 No S have a premium like a 22 No D?

I wonder if he put in the the Quarters category by mistake or on purpose (so the dime folks wouldn't see it and) to make people think they were getting a rip by his screw-up...
