Proof Silver American Eagles

Can they be submitted to PCGS/NGC in the capsule the mint issues them in? I have a couple superlative coins here, but if I have to pop the holders to submit them I'm not going to do it. I always screw up the coins taking them out of the capsules.

    I submitted my 2004 and 2005 Proof SAE's in the mint capsule. They both came back PR69 DCAM.
