1937S Quarter

Got a chance to hunt a 1920's home under remodel. Got this quarter in the drive way(dirt).
One inch deep. DFX with BigFoot

Hey nice coin! The one's I pull out of dirt driveways are blackish grey, but when I find them in the deep
turf they are silver like new.

Thanks Al, I think I will take this to the coin shop and see what it brings....Not many were made that year with
the "S" mint.

I have never found a 1930's quarter, though I have Standing Libs from the 20's and Washingtons from the 40's and later.
