Guess the Grade -- Roosevelt Dime [grade revealed]

----------Graded NGC MS 66--------------

Since a certain coin dealer blew my budget last month with another "gotta have " coin, I've had to satisfy my hunger for coins in the past weeks with cheaper toned moderns. Here is the latest addition. Please guess the grade.

If it weren't for the hit on FDR's neck, I'd say MS66.

then it could be as high as a seven holder...

i don't think the distraction on the cheek is a big deal, however, from my submission experience with pcgs they seem to really hammer smaller coins with marks in the focal areas where-as a Franklin being a larger coin with have a better chance of getting away with that mark on the cheek.

Appears NGC MS66 given the neck scratch pls some minor marks on the hairline on the forehead. Cheek and ear look fine as do the fields. Toning is nice and NGC bump the coin for toning.
