ANACS Mercury Dime Grading (BU) - Tougher than most?

With respect to grading BU mercs, how does ANACS compare to PCGS? how bout NGC?

there is no rule most don't cross in holders but, some do.
of the ones that don't cross in holders some get the same grade when broken out of holders and again some don't.

of the ones that don't MANY are 1 grade lower.

FB is an whole different game.

ANACS can grade easier, but some are right on the mark.
