Is this another new ANACS designation? "OBV CAMEO"

ebay auction link
The coin is a proof Kennedy Half doubled die, in a new ANACS holder. The insert reads "PF 67 OBV CAMEO / 1971-S 50C (cert #) / PF DDO-4 DMR-6". Those last two numbers refer to the CONECA listing for the variety.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall ANACS splitting the cameo designation by side before. Yet another change from the new ANACS...?
