Word on the street in Philly...

T.O. put his house on the market.

Anyone else heard about it? Does it even mean anything?

If true, I wonder if his neighbors are in depression or celebrating.

He did ... asking price is 4.7 million.

I hear it is worth about 3.5 million, but TO gave the previous owner 1 million to sell it, as it was not on the market.

I guess he'll just rent somewhere if he sells the house quickly. I'd say the chances of him being an Eagle next season are close to zero - he knows that.

The Eagles have NO chance to do anything without TO, whats more is that Westbrook won't rot away there either. Good thing the Eagles picked
up young talent like Moats and Brown LMAO

The Eagles will try hard to keep Westbrook but they are not going to open the vault and screwup the salary cap to sign him. My easy guess is that they make him the "franchise player" for 2006. I think Westbrook will be an Eagle next season.

He's on record as saying if he got 25 carries a game he'd be the best back in the league! He needs to be tested for mind altering drugs IMMEDIATELY.

Reid doesn't run Westbrook more because Reid fears injury to him. Yes, the Eagles desperately need a "stud" type running back - even a marginal one would be fine with me. Reid needs to start playing more the other backs he has there and see what happens. The Eagles won't beat good teams that play well in a game, with the pass/run percentage they've been using.

It seems like the Eagles are one of those teams, that, no matter who they have in the backfield, will never be a 'great' running team. I'm sure it's mostly because of Reid's affinity to the passing game, but maybe it's the blockers, as well?

The Eagles have never had a big back under Reid, and have always been successful running the football ... one of the BEST in the NFL as a matter of fact.

gosteelers - you always have something to say about the Birds.

It wasn't meant to be a knock on the Eagles running game. I think Westbrook is a very underrated back. I know their yards per carry as a team is probably pretty good, but it doesn't seem like they can take over a game running the ball. Of course, Reid never wants to do that.

Eagles were relying on the health of Correll Buckhalter. That has been a big mistake.

I went to Penn State and of course approximately half of the NFL fans there are Eagles fans and the other half are Steelers fans. Steelers fans are kocky SOB's - and I mean that as a compliment - although I don't particularly like it. They are especially kocky since they beat the Eagles last season. I was "praying" last season that the Steelers would get in the Super Bowl because there was no doubt in my mind that the Eagles would have beat them. The Steelers are a good football team but the Eagles are better. Next time we play, we'll find out for sure image

The Steelers just caught the Eagles at the right time in that game. The Eagles were undefeated, feeling a little overconfident and looking past that game to the Cowboys game the next week. And Ben R played out of his mind that game as did Bettis. Enjoy bragging rights while you can because the next time we play we are going to kick your steel mill butts.

TO reminds me of Manny Ramirez. Every other week they want to be traded. Of course in the other week they are extremely happy. Philly fans should use the phrase just TO being TO, like just Manny being Manny.
