Is the problem that you have no scale to weigh it on? If so, just take it to the local market & put it on their scale. That would be if it was under 25lbs !! I believe that is what theirs go to !! I use a tabletop scale that will weigh up to 25lbs for my ebay items. It is exactly with the post office scales !! You can find them on ebay should you want to purchase one !! Or if you know someone that has a baby scale, that would do it !! But why not just let the post office weigh it ???
  • I'm using PayPal to ship this, so I was hoping to get the weight to print up the label online and have it picked up. I have a small scale that I use for weighing packages with a few PSA graded cards, but the set is too heavy for that scale and the set is too light for my bathroom scale. This is why I asked here. A vending box is 500 cards, so that should weigh about the same, anyone know what that weighs?

Step on bathroom scale with cards, step on scale without cards. Subtract. Include enough postage to be sure.

I'm assuming the set is sealed. Otherwise you could just weigh half the set and multiply by two.

Just goes to prove that when I sit down at a computer, all rational thought goes out the window !! As a female,, I should have thought of that one !!!

I would just get yourself a flat rate priority mail box (assuming the factory set will fit in there). It's $7.70 regardless of weight. I use it to mail supplies and stuff all the time because you can get a lot of weight in one of those boxes.

Otherwise, try the scale trick. image
