Please help my photo skills - PCGS SLQ
Just for fun, I've been working on my white color correction on the digital camera. I thought I'd post these pics of a type 1 SLQ in a PCGS holder. Please giv your opinions on the scan. I'm using Photobucket and am limited to a 250K file. I'll probably start FTPing them to our work server, but I don't want o piss off my partner with a bunch of multi-meg files until I talk to him about it. Is 250K big enough in your opinion to accurately assess a coin?
TIA for the input.

Do you use a copy stand or tripod? 250K is more then enough for even more color and detail than what your photos show. I crop my photos a bit smaller then your reverse pohto and compress them. They end up around 40K.
J/k, adjusting the white balance was probably the single biggest thing that helped my photos to look more realistic. Besides being a little bit out of focus, I think they are great pics. The reverse is real good.

I'm free-handing a Canon Digital Rebel, but have just ordered a copy stand. I also bought a light tent to play around with, for diffused lighting.
Thanks for all of the information. Anyone think that this is nicer than a 64? I do.
