2005 D NON Satin Finish Dimes In Mint Sets.

fcloudfcloud Posts: 12,133 ✭✭✭✭
How would these be graded by PCGS? The dies are must not have been sand or bead blasted, and the coins have a shiney background like proof coins the coins have frosty design elements, too. Any idea how common these are? Has anyone else noticed these? I wish I could get a photo, but I have a bad camera.
Edited to add.
Would PCGS grade Proof like, SMS, SF or no designation? I'm not trying to figure out a numerical grade.

These are coins you hang on to while you watch the prices on high grade regular business strikes. If the high grade regular business strikes get real expensive you send in your non-SF mint set dimes and hope they get slabbed as regular business strikes. (make sure your don't send them in in the mint set holders.)
