Need some help on a couple coins

I really seem to be having problems identifying these eastern coins lately. The first is about 20 mm in diameter, the second about 17 mm in diameter. Could someone help with the IDs? Thanks!

Both are Ottoman Turkish, I believe.

I think the roses might be some kind of mintmark for Al-Qustantiniyyah mint (Constantinople). But I might be mistaken on that. The actual mint name is in the squiggles, but I think the roses are an additional privy mark or something like that.

Could be wrong, though. Arabic coinage is definitely a weak point for me.
