Coins and Hurricanes.......

...Yet Again my place of residence has a bullseye painted on it by a Hurricane. Last year it was Frances and Jeanne, this year its Katrina and Wilma......Got go get my PCGS and NGC slab boxes outta the closet and into a suitcase to haul to my Moms house. I live in a double wide and she lives in a concrete construction home. The Morgans will see light of day for the first time since September of last year! Wish me luck all, will try to re-establish contact tomorrow around 6pm..........

I'm praying for my neighbors to the south.

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a waterproof case for your coins. For the cheap coins I keep in my house, I use a Pelican waterproof case and lots of silica -- it works great.

    Good luck and take care...Mike

All coins safely in the bank vault.

Naples, Florida seems directly in Wilma's path.

Got my elderly folks into a nursing home a mile from where they live. I'm camped out
at their home battening down the hatches.

I'm right in it's path also. Just finished putting up the shutters, and fighting off the crazy people at Publix. It shouldn't be too bad though... Geeze I hate losing power and air conditioning though, and that happens EVERY time!
