satchel paige autographs

I have 2 Satchel Paige Autographs on small notepad sized paper (approx 2"x4")
Are they worth much if anything?

Those are pretty cool autographs if authentic. Obviously the issue is how they can be authenticated. Most collectors would shy away unless you had something to back them up. What is the story behind them?

Bob Jones Discount Store in Kansas City MO around 1965 my sister was working there and he shopped there often... I could get a little closer probably by asking her, but she got him to sign a couple pieces of paper one time that he came in.

Ask knuckles to make them into cards for you. His work is awesome. The story sounds legit so I would guess PSA would authenticate. I would guess you could get anywhere from $200-$500 for each if you had them made into cards and PSA'd auth. I could be wrong though, I am no auto expert, just my opinion.

ok, so who is knuckles and what does getting them made into cards and psa auth'd usually cost?

not sure if i really want to sell them yet, but getting them preserved for my 2 daughters for later might be worth while. just need to know what kind of cost i am looking at to do so.

Knuckles is a member of the boards. Theres a thread only a few posts down that he started, just go into that and click on the little padlock to pm him so you can ask him questions . Heres an example of a Paige he made for me..

I just noticed something after looking at Oriion9578's carded signature. On it the signature is underlined. But on one of mine he didn't underline his signature, on the other he did underline it. Thought that was kind of interesting.
