Anyone know how to report a seller to VCoins?

I am having trouble with a seller I used via Vcoins and wanted to know if anyone knew a way to contact Vcoins about the seller. I have sent emails to this seller with my correct email address about a refund for a coin I bought and have gotten no answers from the seller. I have even sent the coin back registered mail over a week ago and still have heard nothing.
