I wonder why only one side had toned that way? I have a few that has rainbow toning on both sides. This one must have been sitting in a set of some kind to get the wonderful toning on one side. Many times the 3 and 6 d's get over graded because after 1940 they were struck in copper-nickel which doesn't show wear as much as the all nickel coins. With 3ds the key is in the rabbit's whiskers. The more whiskers you can see the less wear the coin has
