Found these from my childhood collection
Any idea what they are? I really should get a current book on world coins. I am just starting to re-develop an interest in this hobby, and decided to see what I had.

Upper Right: France 3rd Republic
Lower Right: Likely Italy
Don't know about the other one.
The 1916 France 5c has a catalog value of $1.50 in XF and $7.00 in UNC.
1866 Italy, looks like the M (Milan) mintmark below the denomination is values as $3.50 in VF and $8.00 in XF. Tough coin in UNC, however, valued at at least $55.
1857 France, jusdging by the size it's likely a 10 centimes. Thoose were struck at several mints with a mintmark below the eagle on the reverse. Here's the breakdown:
Mintmark A (Paris): VF=$10, XF=$25
Mintmark B (Rouen): VF=$85, XF=$200
Mintmark BB (Strausbourg): VF=$30, XF=$85
Mintmark K (Bordeaux): VF=$40, XF=$100
Mintmark MA (Marseille): VF=$45, XF=$90
Mintmark W (Lille): VF=$20, XF=$60
Independent of mint this is the key date of the type. You have a way above average find there, congratulations!
