Spanish Milled 8 Reales Reference? - Pics added!

I've been loaned 3 Spanish 8 reales coins. I'm trying to find out ways to verify authenticity and potential values. None of the coins appear cast and none have the crude counterfeit look.
1789 Carolus III The 8 on the date looks thin and funny to me?
1793 Carolus IIII Lots of small chop marks make me think this could be OK
1797 Carolus IIII 1 small chinese character chop reverse and one small but very deep chop obverse.
Any advice or reference leads appreciated. Thanks.

Is that red stuff in the pic of the 89 reverse on the coin or the holder?
<< <i>Thanks guys. what are appoximate values in the condition they are in?Rob >>
Assuming they are Mexico Mint
FWIW In my opinion $10-$20.
That last one troubles me. The red on it looks sort of like rust - it might not be, but it looks that way. Also those bubble like spotting makes it sort of look like someone tried to artificially age it. A lot of things can happen to coins over the years, so it's probably just poor storage results.
<< <i>Thanks guys. What should they weigh and what are appoximate values in the condition they are in?
Rob >>
Official weight tolerances should be within 27.26 grams maximum and 26.86 grams minimum. I would agree with the values already mentioned.
Ricke, the red stuff is a thread inside the holder, not on the coin. There is other gunk elsewhere.
In person, there's enough stuff going on for that coin in different fashions that it looks like it had a hard but natural life. I've seen some of the artificially aged trade dollars and it doesn't look like anything I've seen there. The date caused me questions but not the texture. It's not cast so if it is counterfeit, it is a struck counterfeit.
Cheers.
