    1990D is fairly common in lower grades (FS or not). It is only in MS65 where it starts to get difficult to find. It is very difficult to locate in 66FS, and there are currently no coins higher (FS or not). They just don't come nice.

    I have a 1990-d with all 6 steps in original mint packet...whats it wotrth....in youre estimate looks like MS-65

    It is impossible to grade a coin without seeing it in hand, or at the very least, having a very nice picture taken of it image
